The scrum work to be led is linked to bringing data into a data lake. They have data being brought to the data lake – demand from the business to build solutions w data. Need to scale the business to meet that demand. Ideal candidate will have AGILE experience, has data warehouse development, data migrations, data work previously
Minimum Skills/Experience/Education/Training & Certifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience ideally.
Experience w SAFE and Agile planning.
Certified Scrum Master Cert is a strong nice to have.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, will have STRONG COMMUNICATIONS exp, PRESENTATIONS skills and HANDS ON!
CPG and Manufacturing experience is a VERY STRONG NICE TO HAVE!
SUPER PROFESSIONAL, A-Level candidate who will be working with teams all throughout the business.
Strong facilitation and consensus building experience – someone who can proactively identify and resolve issues and blockers!
BS degree required for this role.
Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Office Suite including PowerPoint – MUST HAVES!
Responsibilities:
Blend of PM skills and Scrum Master Skills – DATA FABRIC TEAM.
Digital Transformation to Agile so they need both skills.
Some activities are traditional PM activities – also work in Agile and form scrum teams.
SAFE – quarterly PI planning (session next week) work with other teams to align objectives, review objectives and dependencies.
Data lake – someone who has developed data products, worked w BIs, Report Modelers, Report Developers.
Framework to ingest data into date lake – will help to lead a squad or scrum team.
Build data products and solutions.
Gathering reqs from folks, doing design work, mapping documents and other artifacts, doing the build, test, deployment, support and monitoring of solutions they will develop
KEY SKILLS: very hands on, use Azure DevOps and needs hands on experience w the tool.
Like MS Jira – so either Azure DevOps or Jira experience.
They use ADO – need someone motivated to learn and willing to learn ADO is strong requirement.
various skill set w team members, product owners across business and will be other teams to coordinate with.
This person will work w master data mgmt, data governance or cloud teams.
CPG Manufacturing experience: it’s a nice to have; more important experience is the prior DATA work.
