Job Description:
Should have experince with Personal lines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter is a must and should have worked on multiple projects.
Minimum 8 + years of total experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Guidewire Business Analyst.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of business operations across underwriting, Policy admin/claims/Billing for Insurance and agile based implementations.
Business analysis skills to document and close requirements/use cases//business requirements documents/functional specification documents/ product back logs.
Analyze client requirements and provide expert consultations on Guidewire functionalities.
Design and implement solutions using GW Claim Center to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions.
Conduct detailed gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.
Lead the configuration and customization of Guidewire applications to align with client objectives.
